As a coach, what I admire most about this talk is the concept of Guided Mastery.
Guided Mastery is the process developed by Albert Bandura, a psychologist that could help people overcome phobias in hours. This process basically guides people through baby steps on their way to discover inner resources that were ignored before, and, as a result, people develop a new inner confidence that transforms one's life.
For me, this is also the vision that inspires me as a Coach: to accompany people, helping them dis-cover inner confidence and joy through their journey towards self mastery, or, in Bandura's words: self efficacy.
